Five bedrooms are included and prepared for every reservation, with no separate Bedroom 5 charge. Six bathrooms: four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. As a SuperHost, our aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. We want our guests to create lasting memories during their stay in our home. But to do so, we would appreciate it if you could follow the house rules below. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience. Noise: There are houses in the neighbourhood so we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 10 pm. Registered Guests Only (No day visitors): We would like to keep the place safe, pleasant and relaxing for everyone. Please let us know who is staying since only registered guests are covered by our insurance. If you plan to have day or night visitors or a business event, please let us know beforehand, and we can talk about rules, safety, parking and additional cost. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. No Smoking: Please no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. No Illegal activities: This should be self-explanatory, but just a kind reminder, we do not allow any illegal activities anywhere on the property. Please respect all local and provincial rules and regulations. NEVER leave burning fires, like candles or the fireplace, unattended at any time. PETS: One dog is allowed. The applicable pet fee is shown when booking. Please clean up after your dog inside and outside, and do not leave your dog alone in the villa. This house is rare find — clean and artsy rooms, plenty of activities (chess, pool table), piano, and great locations to all attractions across UBC, Vancouver downtown, and Richmond shopping/restaurants. Our family included young children and really enjoyed the stay. The hosts are very responsive and attended to details.

A terrific "home away from home" for any experienced visitor to the Vancouver area. There's a lot more to this beautiful city than the "cruise ship" center of downtown, and this large, luxurious, beautiful, and well-equipped home in a high-end neighborhood is well-positioned to take advantage of the region. You can get to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown etc in 20 min, but you can also access the "Fisherman's Wharf" at Steveston, UBC's beautiful grounds and incredible museum, the marvelous and hip Kitsilano neighborhood with its great hikes and beaches, and many other areas (including a lovely walk right from the house into the famous Southlands neighborhood, with its horse barns, nurseries, and great trails along the Fraser River). Best for those visiting with a car, this high-spec home has a gated parking area, a fish pond, and lots of privacy with high hedges and fencing. Inside, beautiful hardwood floors and soft carpeting await in the many gathering spaces (. Ideal for 3 couples, who would each have their own bedroom and private bathroom (featuring duel showerheads in each plus a steam shower in the master bedroom), and a fourth (and even fifth, on request) bedroom and two "powder rooms" complete the picture. A large office on the main level, complete with books and games, overlooks the golf putting area. Then a laser TV media room in the basement, along with an exercise area and pool table, provide added entertainment options if you get tired of the golf amenities in the side yard or the Yamaha upright in the living room. There's a ton to do without ever leaving the house....but you're in Vancouver, so instead it provides a perfect place to retreat and relax in the evening. A fully stocked kitchen (with SubZero fridge and Viking gas stove) are on hand if you want to cook. But there are so many great restaurants within a few minutes drive that you may having trouble finding the time to use it. Overall a great home, with hospitable, flexible, friendly, and communicative hosts. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here with family. The house is as beautiful as the pics indicate. It is spacious, well equipped, lovely to spend time in, and extremely comfortable. It is located in a beautiful, safe area with lots of neighborhood walking possibilities. The yard is fully fenced and private. It is about 15 minutes from the airport, which was helpful for us, and short driving distances to great food and shopping. We would happily stay here again.

Miro was an excellent host - from the time we made the booking until the day we completed our stay. He was very responsive to all our needs. The house was incredible! - the nicest property we have every vacactioned in. It was immaculate and well stocked with all necessities. The best way to get around Vancouver is by car with parking for up to 2 cars included during your stay. You can also use a taxi service or a ride-share company like Uber, with cars readily available at all times of the day/night. Or there is a bus service with a stop 3 minutes away from the house.
